- Located in Kemptville, our club has five sheets of the finest competition-ready curling ice south of Ottawa, with lots of free parking for club activities and facility rentals. A mix of fun bonspiels and serious competitive spiels punctuate our calendar.
- NGCC has its own Pro Shop where curlers can buy equipment (such as brooms, curling shoes, grippers, stabilizers, and sticks for stick curlers) and clothing at preferred rates.
- NGCC is affiliated with Curl Ontario, and our members regularly participate in regional bonspiels. Many of our instructors attend and are certified through the CurlON curling education programs.
- In May 2016, our facility was selected by World Curling and Curling Canada to scientifically test the latest technologies in broom design with the top curlers in the world.
- We lease the building from the Municipality of North Grenville. Our club is responsible for its day-to-day maintenance and operation, without financial assistance from the Municipality. It’s through membership dues and annual fundraising that we are able to enjoy the sport in our community.

Our History
The North Grenville Curling Club was founded in September 1989 as the Kemptville & District Curling Association before Kemptville was amalgamated as part of North Grenville.
From November 1989 through February 1990, the Association attracted 160 members thanks to a dedicated team of volunteers working many hard hours to refurbish our current facility for the grand opening in the fall of 2005.
In 2015, we celebrated our 10th anniversary and enjoyed a membership of over 300 people, with the ability to expand.
In 2017, members of our club were formally recognized by the Kemptville & District Sports Hall of Fame with Builder Awards. Congratulations to these members!
